TERMS OF SALE (FOR PRODUCTS)

Agreement to Pay. The Buy Back America online store (the "Store"), located on this website at www.buybackamerica.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Back Back America ("BBA"). You may purchase various non-membership products (the "Products") from the Store including, but not limited to, apparel, accessories, etc. You agree to pay all fees and charges specified when you purchase Products. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. sales, use), unless otherwise stated, and you are solely responsible for the payment of any such taxes that may be imposed by your purchase.
Payment Method. Products may be purchased from the Store with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. The price of such products purchased through the Store will be the price specified on the Store at the time of your purchase. Upon presentation of credit card information you warrant that you are the cardholder and that the billing information provided is accurate. By approving the purchase of the product or service, you authorize BBA to charge the designated credit card for the total amount of the purchase.
Changes in Price. BBA reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at the Store at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
Content Availability. The Store makes every effort to provide a broad product offering. For this reason, BBA reserves the right to change content options without notice. On occasion, a Product may become unavailable following a transaction but prior to processing your order. Your sole remedy in such cases is a refund of the price paid for the unavailable Product. Please contact Customer Service for assistance in such cases (see below).

Refund Policy. All sales are final.

BBA is not responsible for typographic errors.
BBA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Store at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale on a periodic basis.
All transactions on the Store are governed by Utah law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered transactions pass to the purchaser in Utah upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
No BBA employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
